We finished up March with a bang!! On our last trip to Mesa we brought home lots of oranges and lemons. It's been fun giving them away to our friends, but we also juiced a lot of them for us. J'nets lemons were the size of grapefruits!!
On Friday the 21st, Dave and Mary gave us a surprise visit. They showed up about 7pm and brought us 6 gallons of fresh pressed pomegranate juice, which has wonderful health benefits for cancer and some of Grandpa Crosby's tractor seat barstools. They left about 9:30am the next morning. On Tuesday the 25th, we headed to Tucson with Sonja and Randy to go to the Gaslight Theater and the temple. Fun times!

Saturday, March 29th was the funeral for LaVerl's Aunt Glenna Bell Bond Crosby. We had lots of family in town and got to see lots of cousins we haven't seen in a long time. She was such a special lady. After years of suffering with osteoporosis, she died at the age of 91.
She is survived by 2 sons, Gary and Jason. Her husband, Wyatt and their other 2 sons, Dale and Jimmy have all passed. She will have a joyful reunion with them and others of her family.
The graveside was nice, a little cold and windy. Keith Nicoll dedicated the grave.

Jason and Janice Crosby family.
Gary & Innette Crosby family
Glenna has 4 surviving siblings left of 8 kids, all girls except one boy. All raised by their dad when Glenna's mom died when she was 8.
After the graveside we went back to the church for a really nice luncheon and more visiting. Jay and Sue and daughter Tammy drove from St. George, UT to be there. Later, me and J'net and Rick and Paula, went back to the graveyard and put flowers Paula bought on Melvin and Martha Jo's grave, next to Wyatt and Glenna's grave.
Sometimes, when funerals aren't real sad and the person was wanting to go, they can feel more like a family reunion. It was nice seeing lots of relatives.
