Happy Holidays (Part II)

So have I told you all recently that my girlfriend is amazing- Let me tell you what she did for me back on February 4th. (I've been super busy so I haven't had very much time to put posts on here, but lookout we've got some good stuff to put on here) So Becki told me that she planned a date for us but only told me to go to her house after Priesthood meeting and come hungry. I get there to find a huge Thanksgiving feast all set on the table. Mashed potatoes, ham, stuffing, her awesome orange rolls, veggies, the works!! Then I look to the right and see a Christmas tree all decorated with presents underneath all wrapped. Then I looked in the kitchen and saw it all decorated with balloons and streamers and "Happy Birthday" stuff. So if you haven't figured it out yet, she planned a holiday night to make up for all the holidays that we missed cuz we weren't together. After we ate her scrumpteous dinner, I opened presents from her. She gave me a missionary scapbook/photo album that she decorated all cool, my favorite cereal (a huge box of Honey Bunches of Oats) and good hair product. Then we blew out candles for my birthday in the kitchen and opened MORE presents! She got me a sweet Hurley hat, two more little photo albums to put all my scattered pictures in, and to top it all off........ two tickets to the Suns vs. Kings game!! oh ya, then we went upstairs and had our own dance party to count down to midnight to celebrate New Year's (Yes the room was all decorated in new year's stuff) Sorry this is so long but I wanted to just explain a little bit about how cool Becki is and how thoughtful she is. Tis the Season!

LOVING AND LIVING

Hey family! well, here are some fun pics. Bret, Becki, and I came from Mesa and Kari, Lance and Reed from Provo to see the Roger boys report and farewell their missions, which was very uplifting! Lance sure was nice and cute and tall! Thanks for letting us meet him Kari. Hope we didn't scare him off or anything! ha ha. The Crosby Fam is a little crazy! It was nice to see Reed and Kari and get some A-mazing home cooked meals! THANKS MOM!! I love home!

So I had the BEST Valentines Day thanks to a real thoughtful couple. You may know them........the cute couple....you know... yep Bret and Becki! I would have just studied and went to bed alone and single that I am but instead Becki (and Bret) had planned the cutest dinner for "thoses they loved" so becki invited her Brother and Best frieind Jaraee and bret invited Chris W. and I. Bret and Becki had it all planned out --table all decorted(set)candles, love music, ahh cute. they role played as these prim & proper servers in a 8star resturant and served us. OH yeah we got all dressed up in formal like clothes. Dinner & dessert was awesome! They put soo much thought into it! They made Valentines Cards and gave me red tulips. So I hope you all felt as loved as I did on national day of LOVE! ps thanks Reedykid and Mom and Dad for making me the envy of the office with all my beautiful flowers.

snow sculpting

Well since we're talkin bout snow I thought I would put up what we did the other day in the snow. We built some sculptures. It was pretty sweet I guess. Anyways, Bret and Lisa are gonna have to come up here sometime so they can remember what snow is and how much fun it is.

Snowstorm

So we had 6-8 inches of snow Saturday. I was all ready at 7:30am Sunday morning for my PEC meeting when a member of the Bishopric called to tell us that church was cancelled. Can you believe it? They cancelled church. So we built a big fire and stoked it all day and had a nice relaxing day. Holly thought it was so funny. Yesterday she bundled Kaemon up to introduce him to the snow. As you can tell he loved it!

There're GONE!!

SO...........I had a little adventure on WED afternoon.........Dr. Jenkins pulled my upper wisdom teeth. Big deal! ya, ya, he does this everyday right? well lets just say I gave him something to talk to his "associates" about.... I got my wisdom teeth pulled with absolutley no anesthetic. I really don't like needles and hate being numb. so I figured what the heck, just get'er done! One was impacted so he had to cut the tissue. any way ......Dr. J was sooo impressed cuz didn't think I would really do it. It took him 10 min. I didn't even flinch. ask Paula! All the girls just couldn't believe it. so I don't even care if I'm bragging---i think thats freak'n cool and I'm soooooo buff! Haaa haa. love ya!

Watch out... here she comes!

A lot of you know my best best friend/ amazing roommate, Lexie Warner, so I thought that I'd let you all know that she got her mission call!! She is going to Las Vegas, Nevada- West mission!! She leaves May 3 (I am glad that I get her for 3 more full months!) It is English speaking. Anyways, she is super excited and she will be so great. They sure need her there too! We've been waiting quite patiently for about a month for that envelope to come, so when it did we were all freaking out. It came on Thursday and Lexie drove home from Salt Lake to open it. We had to wait for about an hour for her cousins and brother to come over- the suspense was about to kill me! I am excited for when I am in her shoes! The pics are of us nervously waiting and of her reading it to her mom for the first time.
