So on Sunday June 2nd, Barry bought his three little kiddos to Eagar so I could watch them while they went to Hawaii for their 10 year anniversary and a much needed vacation! I wasn't sure how the two littlest ones were going to be with Gma, as they are very attached to their momma! I was relieved and surprised they liked me just fine and we all got along just great!
Lucy at breakfast! It seems I only got eating pictures- maybe because they spent most of their time eating!
Landon likes to feed himself, but he sure is messy!
Lilly took this 'selfie'!
Then the second morning Lucy woke up with the 'gunk' or a cold (conjunctivitis) in both eyes! It was awful, gooey and green and yukky! Poor baby!
Then the next morning Landon had it too! His wasn't as bad as Lucy's, only in one eye! I read online that antibiotics don't really work, but Mark called in a Rx on Sunday and it did help, but by then it had almost been a week! By the time I took them home on Tuesday, June 11th, they were almost well.
In the meantime, while I watched kiddos, LaVerl went fishing to Lake Powell with his buddies, Ron Cole and Ross Carpenter. They left on Wed. and came home Friday with over 200 strippers.
On Monday June 17th, I took about 8 little cub scouts crawdad fishing for Pack meeting. The Little Colorado was pretty high and swift from all the rain we've been getting, so we only caught 13!
Davis caught a baby frog!
Since the crawdad fishing was pretty slow, some of the boys stripped down to their underware and just played in the water!
Boys will be boys!
Then I left for El Paso on Wed. June 19th, to help watch Mark's kids while Holly and Milea went to girls camp. Watching them while laying out at their pool was pretty tough, I have to admit.
Wembley was pretty tired from swimming most of the day!
A 'selfie' of Gma and Wembley. I didn't take many pictures!
This is Mark's beautiful back yard. You can see the new soccer/football field but you can't see the full size basketball court on the other side of that. They are on a hill so he had to put up tall mesh barriers all the way around everything. The big building contains a big workout area with small kitchen and bathroom, a food storage room and hookups for his RV so its usable for company. The playground is to the other side. Its a kids paradise.

Now this week, Tami's kids are in town. On Sunday June 23, I went over to their other Gma's house to have them come stay with me. Their 'Mema' and I are taking turns. What sweet grandkids I have!
Our rabbits had babies, but only 2 survived, (bad momma) and the kids have been loving playing with Sugar Foot and Chico.
(They named them!)
Little Adlee, (Sissy) is so adorable!
Ice cream cones are pretty messy, but way worth it!
These kids love to play outside! On the trampoline, on the playground equipment, with the bunnies, with each other!
Summer time is great for spending time with grandkids!
