Ok, so last Thursday afternoon Becki and I left Phoenix and drove up to Logan to go to Justin Hall's wedding the next morning at 8. We got to J's house around 2am and slept on the floor, I mean listened to Trey's jack hammer of a nose all night. His sealing and reception was really good of course. I knew I wanted to propose at the SLC temple because Becki told me that is where she want to get married. I bought the ring Wednesday at aound 5pm and rushed it over to Scottsdale to have it set before we left town at around noon the next day. Just in time! Hey I perform better while under pressure! So Saturday morning we first went to an endowment session. I had the ring carefully tucked away in my pant pocket. After the amazing session we were just walking around the temple and commenting on the awesome castle that stood before us. I sat here down and began to express my unquenching love for my beautiful girlfriend and how awesome I truly think we can be together. I told her that I wanted her to be my queen and that I wanted to marry her in this castle. Ya, pretty romantic, huh? After waiting for the passersby to ....well....pass by, I stood her up (she thought we were going to slow dance) then I got on one knee and BAM!! popped the question. I was pretty nervous. She was in shock and said yes, (whew!) and we hugged and kissed and she cried. She didn't even look at the ring at first. It looks like a little crown, perfect for my princess!

Here's the exact spot where I asked her! Awesome huh?

After the proposal we went up to the 10th floor of the Joseph Smith building and had a delicious lunch to celebrate at The Garden. It had a sweet view of the temple down below.
