Lisa & Barry ADD #3 to their Eternal Family!! JUNE 16TH Saturday

On Saturday, June 16th, little Landon Ray was sealed to his parents, Lisa & Barry Keime in the Gilbert, AZ Temple! It was a special day for all of us. Reed surprised Lisa and flew in from Dallas, TX
She cried happy tears!  They are pretty thrilled with their family of 3!

Their little Lilly, the big sister now.
This is what Lisa said about their special day on Facebook.

Saturday June 16, 2018 was a very special day for our little family. Our sweet son, Landon Ray was sealed to us for all eternity in the Gilbert Az Temple. We felt the spirit testify how much our Heavenly Father loves our Landon and all His children. The ordinance was performed by Brother Layton. He shared a story of his brother who had the opportunity to play the part of Jesus for one of the very first Easter pageants at the Mesa Temple. When the performance ended he was told that a little girl wanted to “meet Jesus.” When he greeted the little girl she leapt out of her mothers arms and threw her arms around him for a long minute. Even though he was not really Jesus, that little girl hugged him AS THOUGH he were! To her she was hugging Christ. Brother Layton born testimony of the sacred and intentional words of the sealing ordinance and the power they have to truly bind families together into the eternities. My testimony again was strengthened that though I did not bare my children they are absolutely mine. Landon’s Uncle Reed was able to hold him at the alter which was super special because we didn’t even know he was coming! He surprised me that morning. I was so happy he was there and could share in the experience with us. Landon was very calm and peaceful, he held his eyes open for a few min and fell asleep. I watched his face and it was sweet and perfect and through the sacred power of the priesthood he was sealed. My heart could burst for how much I love him and how much I know he was meant to be my son. I am eternally grateful for his birth mother who has a testimony of eternal families, and also felt Landon was meant to be part of our family and acted on and trusted those feelings. We love you. Though all our families were not all able to make it and we missed them, it was a wonderful humid rainy day shared with people we love. #eternalfamilies #adoption #familiesareforever #LRayKeime #sealingday #gilbertaztemple Barry Keime

FAMILY REUNION DAY 4 The LAST Day!!

June 14th!  Thursday! Wow, the time went so fast! It's already our last day at the BEACH!
We had a bit of a 'bug' going around. First London was sick, then Ivory, then LaVerl and then Leo & Daxxon, then Kari!
The waves come in really big last night and left all these rocks up on the road called 'The Strand'. Every night we could hear them coming up on the road and hitting cars as they drove by, but this was the worst by far!!
LaVerl and Zallen got up early to go fishing so they saw the road before it got cleaned off!
They have this sweeper, vacuum thing that cleans them all off!
Zallen caught a little mackerel and LaVerl pulled a baby halibut almost to the top of the pier railing, but then his line broke! They were gone most of the day, so they had lunch out on the pier at Rudy's.

Mark and Holly were up early too. They went to the Newport, CA temple and did an early morning session.
Heading to the BEACH for the Last Time!

That afternoon Mark rented some fun bicycles for the kids to ride!

After dinner it was S'more Time!  The kids loved that!

We had a beautiful sunset to end our day and our stay at the BEACH! This was all made possible by our son Mark!  He made all the arrangements and paid for it!  Thanks Son!! We all had a great time and loved spending this time together!

DAY 5 June 15th Friday
We had to check out at 10am, so we hurried and ate and packed up and cleaned a little. Kari was really sick and I was glad that she wasn't driving all the way back to Mesa. She had made plans to stay another week at a beach house that Jolynn was at!

The trip home was eventful. Luckily Holly gave each car a few trash bags for the 'sickies'! Ivory was really sick and moaning just like Bret used to, really loud! Once she threw up she was fine. I wasn't sick feeling, but even I threw up right before we hit Yuma!
Such good little travelers when they're asleep!! We made it back to Bret's by 6:30pm!
