...and this is the first post I have made showing off my adorable grandchildren! Her husband, Kirk, is deployed to Japan for 6 months, so she decided it would be good to spend some of that time home, in Eagar. Gpa and I have loved getting to know their two little boys and also spending time with the other grandkids as well.
Rivers is quite the little character and fun to be around!
He loved helping Gpa with any chore!
He and his cousin Blake became instant pals.
Going to the greenhouse for carrots was a favorite
thing to do.
Living in 'dry' Arizona, all his curls went straight,
so his hair needed to be cut.
None of them had ever seen a 'horned toad'. Aunt Lisa suffered
scratches and bruises getting him down off Flat Top to show them.
Actually, Rivers loved picking anything in Gpa's
greenhouse.
Going to get the eggs and feed the chickens was another favorite.
Now these two little guys, Elijah and Colter, just
don't come any cuter!
"Yep, Gpa pretty much makes us popcorn whenever we ask!"
Eli is 'army crawling', opps I mean 'marine crawling', all over the place and now he is trying to stand up. He also got his first tooth while he was here and working on his second.
"Mom didn't think I could reach this, I fooled her"!

Probably their most favorite thing to do was go for
treats at DQ with Gpa and....

Playing outside in the playground eating popsicles was pretty fun too.
We had a little fun at Roosevelt too. It was nice
and HOT there, so the water was great!
These little guys hated to say 'good-bye', but Kari has to go back to Hawaii on Wednesday. It was so fun to have her with us, its going to be quiet and lonely around our house. It was a busy, fun July!
